Thereby, it revitalizes these food halls by streamlining orders. It focuses on transforming the way food halls serve their guests by giving them all control over their order placing at convenient locations with a few taps through a mobile application that does not even need to be downloaded.

They are required to create a solution that users can access without any barriers and make it easy to adopt a solution for any other big restaurant chain to integrate it with their existing system.

Solution Design & Development

With a clear understanding of Porter's business challenges, we designed a solution that aligns with their requirements. We developed a PWA of Porter that enables users to access this platform without binding to any particular device or needing to download the app. Along with that, we also created its lightweight plugin version. So, any other restaurant owner can integrate Porter API with their existing system.

We conducted rigorous testing of this solution with extensive focus on order routing, inventory management, and automated processes, to ensure its performance and user-friendliness.

Deployment & Integration

Vendor Onboarding & Training

We facilitated the training to associated vendors to help them know ways to manage menus, orders, and inventory data in the system. We also provided training materials created by our project management team for their quick reference.

Ongoing Support & Monitoring

Our post-development support team is continuously monitoring the performance of the Porter app, suggesting improvements, and providing them with constant assistance to implement new features they may want to add to their solution in the future.
